INRstar – Patients taking Warfarin

INRstar is the clinical system that is used by our GP’s and Nurses at Creech Medical Centre to ensure patients who are taking the medication “Warfarin” get the correct dose of medication that they need.

INRstar has moved to a new system called LumiraDx-INRstar. We have to inform patients that their data will be transferred securely to this new system and will not affect their clinical needs or how we treat them at the surgery.

If you have any questions about this please contact us on 01823 442357 or email us at

Many Thanks
