To All Patients at Creech Medical Centre
I have made the very hard decision to resign from my post as a GP at Creech Medical Centre after being here for the last 10-11 years. It was not a decision that was easy to make. However, as some of you know, I have recently started working with the Urology department at Musgrove and Bridgwater Hospitals, and am now at a stage in my career where I would like to develop my skills in that area.
We have seen many changes here during my stay which I am immensely proud of. Not only moving into our new building 8 years ago but more than that I have been involved with assembling the excellent team that now work here, from the clinicians to the administrative staff.
I have to say a massive thank you to all those I work with now, and all those that have now left our organisation, for these people have made working here really fun and very rewarding.
I also thank my patients here too. I have got to know many of you rather well, and although it sounds silly, you have looked after me and treated me with much love. It has been a real privilege to serve you over the years- a real honour and I will miss all of you very much.
I leave you in the capable hands of the team here, and in all departments, I can honestly say that it is the best team I have ever worked with. They all have big hearts and genuinely care for your well-being.
I leave part of my heart here and I wish you all happiness and good health for the future!
Thank you for everything,
